the approval of His Majesty in Council, of commissioned, warrant and other officers to train and command or serve as officers with the men of the force, and for the calling into actual service of the officers and men of the force, and for any other purpose for which under this Act regulations may be made.
The Hong Kong Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve and any vessel or vessels of war to be provided, maintained and used by the Governor
in Council hereunder shall be maintained at the expense of Hong Kong out of moneys provided etc. (Add financial provision).
Definition clause, including the
following

the term "actual service" shall have the
seme meaning as in the Royal Naval
Volunteer Reserve Act, 1859.
"prescribed" means prescribed by
regulations.
